The PasÂtoral Care Team is here to live out the vision of ACCF by servÂing the church body as under-shepÂherds. Their call is to shepÂherd the felÂlowÂship through disÂciÂpleÂship, restoraÂtion, encourÂageÂment, prayer and lookÂing after the pracÂtiÂcal needs of the congregation.
Our pasÂtoral staff is ready and availÂable to help you through whatÂevÂer seaÂson of life you are curÂrentÂly going through. Whether prayer, counÂsel, meals or othÂer pracÂtiÂcal needs, our pasÂtoral staff is equipped with the Word and filled with the SpirÂit, to help the church.

Counseling Requests
Our pastors love to meet with people throughout the week for biblical counseling and prayer. To request counseling with one of our pastors or someone from our women's ministry team, please fill out the form below. If you have needs that are time sensitive or urgent, please call the church office.

Prayer Requests
There are pastors and elders available for prayer after each of our weekly services. Additionally, we are honored and blessed to pray for our church family during the week. If you would like to be added to our pastoral care prayer list, please fill out the following form:
Meals Ministry
We are blessed to have a crew of volunteers who prepare and deliver meals to people in our fellowship. If you would like to request meals for an upcoming surgery, new baby, or another reason, please let us know by filling out this form and someone from our Meals Ministry Team will contact you.
