In Psalm 106:7-15 we read the cautionary tale of the Israelites failing to appreciate God’s provision and lusting after meat thinking it would fulfill their desires. As we try to learn from their example, we see how lusts of the flesh can trip us up and lead to destruction if we indulge our desires and do not pursue a spiritual path.
