As we kicked off our first study in this series, we looked at how the Lord rescued His people as they faced an attack from three different armies. This was a unique time in Judah’s history because the people, as a whole, truly loved and trusted the Lord. Because of this solid foundation, they were able to face a very real threat with obedience and worship as their only weapons. In a mighty act of deliverance, God was faithful to His promises to be with them, and He defeated their enemies for them. They truly were able to, “Stand still, and see the deliverance of the Lord.”
