In response to the Great Com­mis­sion (Matthew 28:18 – 20), many from Athey Creek have been moti­vat­ed to step out in faith into a vari­ety of mis­sion fields — in the Port­land area, through­out the U.S., and around the world.

Mis­sion Trips

Each year we prayer­ful­ly con­sid­er how the Lord is mov­ing in the mis­sion field local­ly and abroad and how the body at Athey Creek can join in His work. Short-term trips will be announced as they become available.

As you seek the Lord and con­sid­er your role in mis­sions, we pray that you are encour­aged to ful­fill what He has ordained for you in shar­ing His Good News with others.

Through prayer, through giv­ing, or through your own par­tic­i­pa­tion on a mis­sion trip, it is won­der­ful to see the body work­ing togeth­er with Christ as our head.
